Welcome to KC Home Improvement

KC Home Improvement is a local, family-owned and operated business located at the Delaware Beaches. We specialize in major home improvements, while still continuing to help clients with minor home maintenance and emergency issues.
Most of our clients call the local Beaches their second home, and we coordinate and update regularly through the construction project.
We offer a wide scope of services, either in-house, or through other local subs to simplify your planning process. Our services include but not limited to: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, siding, roofing, doors, windows, porches, decks, additions, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and much more. We also use the premier 2020 3D kitchen design software to design the kitchen of your dreams.

Our Process

We collaborate with our clients to identify their long-term vision for their living spaces, a timeline, and budget to bring their goals to fruition in a timely and trustworthy manner. Our business is one built on relationships, which is why we’ve been a trusted source for home improvement in the Delaware Beaches area for over 25 years.

Collaboration

Every project begins with a collaborative deep dive to identify short-term and long-term goals for the project and how it should integrate the overall vision of the entire living space. Are your goals more Beach Modern, minimalist, or farmhouse rustic centric? We’ll help you find out, and draft a long-term plan for accomplishing your vision.

Planning

Life is all about options. We are scope engineers who work to identify and consult with our clients on their options within their budget. Always honest, and never pushy.

Production

We integrate your project’s goals and timeline in a modern project management software that will serve as a central repository for communication. Your project manager will document detailed notes on benchmarks surrounding our production process. We believe in transparency and accountability.

Smiles

You’ll have many opportunities to review the craftsmanship of our work and offer input if/when needed. Once a project is completed, we’ll perform a final walkthrough to ensure you’re absolutely thrilled with the final result.
